Because she’s a demon daughter of the demon they kill in season 2 even though Macy is a half demon she’s still a charmed one. That’s why they treat Abby like that, plus Abby sometimes get her way

They are both single, one is heart broken from one of the charmed one and the other one just simple and takes anyone that is available.
