Man, I know it's been a few years since I last saw anything from the Simpsons, but Homer and Burns sounded really off here. Burns clearly has a new voice actor, while Homer's is clearly sounding very strained. Sounds more like Abe than anything. Could they not just put the horse out of its misery already?

They all sound so old and tired, uninterested in going on any longer but not having any way to escape. They probably all wish somebody would end their suffering so they didn't have to worry about failing everyone and letting them down
