To be parodied is a massive form of flattery if done right, and when I heard Novympia were parodying you I was thrilled because I know just how much love and care goes into their parodies. The best parodies on KZbin imo, their Nigella Lawson is incredible, and this one didn't disappoint. You're awesome Georgina! I'm so glad you had a cameo in it too ❤️

Their parodies are top notch. You can tell they're done out of love and admiration. Never mean or nasty, they just highlight the individual quirks of the person (and they're often what makes the channels successful)

To add to this, if you're not familiar with Nova and Olympia's content. Olympia (or River out of drag) has not parodied a KZbinr she doesn't watch. The reason why her parodies are so good is because she actively watches all of the KZbinr's content, lmao.

Wonderful! Olympia is so talented at doing characters and the video was so cleverly done, with so much attention to detail. No chance for Olympia going on DRUK. Novympia already had a relationship with World of Wonder - the production company behind Drag Race. They had an agreement for making videoes for WoW some years ago, but that relationship stranded. You can find them on a "Couples for cash" episode on the WoW channel here on KZbin.

from what i've seen of Olympia's parodies, having one done means that you've built an interesting and devoted community because all of the channels i follow that have been parodied by them are those i really, genuinely love but tend to be a bit more niche. Olympia has great tastes in youtubers :)

This was done very well and respectful, I loved it! Here in the Netherlands we also have these parody shows on tv ( Koefnoen, TV Kantine and more) and one of the people who got a pretty 'edgy' parody was asked what he thought of it. I am glad I looked you up and saw this parody of you. Its so good. There is a guy who does excellent parodies of singing stars. His name is Stevie Riks, and he does John Lennon, Paul McCartney, David Bowie, and David Bowie singing with Marc Bolan. Even Elvis Costello and The KInks.I watch him almost every day. (Elvis Presley and John Lennon in concert is a good starting point.(He plays both parts,which is what he nearly always does)
