HONEY GARLIC CRISPY CHICKEN SANDWICH RECIPE INGREDIENTS : Ingredients for Chicken Fillet : Breast fillet flattened 4 Egg 1 Milk ½ cup Flour ½ cup Corn flour 2 tbsp Salt ½ tsp Black pepper ½ tsp heaped Oil for deep frying Ingredients for Honey Garlic Sauce : Sweet chili sauce ½ cup Honey 1 tbsp Garlic paste 1 tsp Salt ¼ tsp Black pepper ½ tsp To Assemble : Buns toasted 4 Honey garlic sauce as req Cheese slice as req Iceberg lettuce shredded as req METHOD FOR SAUCE : Mix all together and form into a sauce. METHOD FOR CHICKEN : Mix egg and milk, and keep aside. In another bowl, mix flour and seasonings, dip fillet, milk, and flour. Repeat 2-3 times and deep fry. TO ASSEMBLE : Toast your buns, spread with sauce, cheese slice, iceberg shredded, crispy chicken fillet, again sauce, toasted bun, and serve with fries. BEETROOT CREAM SOUP RECIPE INGREDIENTS : Chicken breast 1 Black pepper ½ tsp Salt 1 tsp Mustard powder ½ tsp Garlic paste 1 tsp Beetroot 2 boiled, peeled and grated Potatoes 2 boiled peeled and grated Flour 2 tbsp heaped Milk ½ cup Cream 1 packet Butter 2 ounce Onion chopped 1 Chicken stock 6 cups METHOD : Cook beetroot with onion and stock until tender, peel beetroots, and blend mixture. Make thick white sauce with butter, flour, salt, and pepper, add this with blended beetroot mixture, cook for 2 mins, add cream, and garnish with chopped parsley and fried croutons.
