Öncelikle balın bu şekilde pişirilmesi sağlıklı değil. Ben bunun balsız versiyonunu yapıyorum. Somonlar pişerken içine orta incelikte kesilmiş kapya biber ve taze patates ekliyorum ve pişme sürelerine göre sırayla tavadan ayırıyorum. Harika oluyor. Biber ve patates somonun lezzetini çekiyor. Herkese tavsiye ederim.
