I saw that clip in Instagram before “Rock a Bye” I saw many times before. Also that was in “Tom and Jerry” too.

I love watching Popeye, I have them recorded on my tv. and I had them recorded since last year.

"Popeye" is great (and yes, we include the Robert Altman's movie, too) and the cartoons are amazing - especially the old black-and-white ones.
