1. ½ cup (120 g) Sriracha sauce.
2. 3 tbsp (60 ml) low sodium soy sauce.
3. 1 ½ tbsp (30ml) apple cider vinegar.
4. 2 ½ tbsp (50 g) honey.
5. 0.5 oz (15 g) grated fresh ginger.
6. 4 grated garlic cloves.
7. 1 tbsp corn starch.
8. 2.6 lb (1.2 kg) chicken thighs.
9. Frying oil.
10. Fry over high heat for 7-8 minutes, season with salt and pepper.
11. Add sauce, cook for 2 minutes over low heat.
