My honeybee is really hard to lock into the upright position.. it takes me like 10-15 tries because its just so hard to do. Should it be that hard?

Can we have an updated video for the newer honeybee model please. The clasps are different and a video would be really helpful...

When I'm trying to put the aluminum bars into place, its very hard to do. I have to put all my strength into it, and even then sometimes I can't get it. I feel like it looked so easy in this video, but it's really hard for me. I got my honey bee 2 years ago and barely use it because of this reason, but I've been wanting to use it more lately, its just so hard for me.. I think something might be wrong with mine

Hi, can the seats be removed so I can transport my dog? I like this colour as it matches my bike. Thanks in advance!

Hello Matt, thank you for your question. The seats on the Honey Bee cannot be removed. That feature is available on the Encore X, D'Lite X, and Cub X trailers. The Tail Wagon is our pet-specific bike trailer and it is designed to carry dogs safely and securely behind your bike (but unfortunately the cover is yellow, not red).
