How to make Honeycomb Cake
▪️ 2 cups tapioca starch - 240g
▪️ 1 tbsp rice flour
▪️ 1 cup and 2tbsp sugar
▪️ 1 tbsp baking powder
▪️ 1 tsp salt
▪️ 200ml of coconut
▪️ 7 large eggs
▪️ 1 tsp pandan extract
▪️ 3 tbsp coconut oil ( can also use normal cooking oil )
Bake it on heat 350F for 50-60 minutes.

Hi Ly, looks good, thank you. To me, the mixing was kind of difficult. How about I do everything your way with an electric hand mixer without the egg until smooth, THEN add the egg and mix slowly at the end?
