現成的乳化劑很難避免 但自制現榨脂肪含量因水果質量不難把控脂肪和水份的比例

It is popular dessert in Indonesia and Malay. Chinese bought it to Canton and became one of the sweet treats in lunar new year. You should try it out if you come to HK next time
