For Amber I also have autoimmune issues and we are not suppose to eat soy products. Have you researched that at all it blocks enzymes and can cause further inflammation internally.

Giulietta I am so sorry to hear of your fathers passing, may he Rest in Peace. As far as getting a chain saw, you should look at an electric one, I carry a small Ryobi chain saw that uses a battery that will also interchange with my Ryobi system. (Leaf blower, spotlight, radio, air compressor and so on). That way you don't have to carry and mix gas and oil for a gas saw and they tend to leak after a while. Just my .02 cents. Be safe out there.....

Ok I have multiple comments to make! ❤ 1. I’m so sorry about your dad. The loss of parents is one of the worst things… and yes, it’ll come in waves, maybe even for years. Hard moments will come and you’ll realize how badly you wish you still had him. But that’s what makes life so beautiful- that love and those moments you made together. 2. I’m sure you know, but when I was living in NorCal I learned quickly that the first freeze of the year kills everyone’s tire pressure sensors. Lol 3 out of 4 of mine went out in one night. I wonder if the cold is messing with yours. 3. Amber I hope your blood tests come back good!!! We’re pretty sure my issue is POTS plus whatever other AI is connected to it, so I’m working on it and doing better and I’m glad to see you are too! 4. I’m so glad you girls are back out west. I'm so sorry for your loss. My dad passed away suddenly in 2014, and I had trouble even saying the words for the longest time. The pause after you said that your dad passed brought tears to my eyes. I know that feeling all too well. Everybody grieves differently, but it really does help to talk about it, as painful as it is. On another note, it was nice to see you all in my neck of the woods in this video. Santa Fe National Forest had a very devastating fire last year (actually two huge fires that merged into one), and having people gather wood from fallen trees is probably a great way to get rid of some of that fuel that exacerbates those huge wildfires.

I agree so much!!! Take the time to mourn. I really didn’t because I was in charge of everything and planning the funeral and the whole estate and doing it alone and skipped the mourning part and I honestly think it screwed me up. Some days I’m still realizing he’s gone and I still cry and it’s been 7 yeeeears!! Feels like it was yesterday. Take your time and process that fully. Take the time to relax- body and mind. And yes!! I keep saying Winston is like so prissy and stuck up 😂 but yeah… Regal he IS. 🤣😂🤣

There’s a song by Patrick Droney called Glitter, and it’s about how grief really does find its way into every part of your life. It really does. I lost my very beloved Aunt Linda, who was my 3rd parent in September. I still have those waves every now and then. It’s ok. You’re speaking your truth. You’re allowed to be authentic. Ride the waves, take them as they come. It’s good to acknowledge your feelings and live with them and not let them stop you from living, but acknowledging that they are there and they are valid. Biggest hugs for you both. On a good note, I am so very glad that you got to enjoy the Santa Fe mountains. It’s such a gorgeous area. I will tell you, though, I always get a little bit of elevation sickness from Santa Rosa to Albuquerque, and especially around Santa Fe. It’s no joke for those of us who are used to living at or below sea level. Totally worth it, though! Also Winston needs some booties for his little feets. I used to have a little dog a long time ago and she would wear them when there was stickerburrs, icy weather, or hot sidewalks. They were awesome and she got where she didn’t mind putting them on at all. There’s some really affordable options on Amazon. So sincerely sorry for your loss. Greif is such a complex emotion. The edge will eventually fade, it still hurts, but it will get easier to remember the good times. You really needed the down time. Gathering the firewood was fun to watch. I think that might be Pinion pine that smelled so good. If so, they produce nice pine nuts. If you don't have room for a chainsaw get a Silky Gomboy saw, they are the bomb. Happy trails!

My mom lives in Tennessee n I live Michigan. Last year She got septic in her pinky toe and they had an amputate her leg so I had to make a trip down and it was so hard for me to come back home I know she needed me so bad on the phone many days she was so depressed and just felt like she was just a burden to everybody and didn't want to live anymore and I told her mom you got this You're badass and you're going to walk again You have to do this not just for yourself but for everybody that loves you She is still healing but she is doing wonderful and I thank God everyday for her but I am so sorry so very sorry mucho Love From Your Friend In Michigan Tam 💜💜

Babygirl I'm so so sorry. And yes the grief can make you sick. I lost my babysister last yr in January i had just over covid when she passed I had a nervous breakdown and became sick again. I know how you feel those memories come back and you feel like your world is coming down on you. I can't say it will get better but it will be easier. So sorry for your loss, not sure how comforting this is after the first 50 people probably said it already but I felt compelled to say something. I lost my father almost 20 years ago. I was only 32 and he was only 67. I still remember the last time I talked to him. And exactly what we did over the phone. He was my rock and my confidant and not one day would go by that I wouldn’t call and ask him something and he always made time for me. I don’t think about him as much as I used to and it will get easier as time goes on. I don’t know how your relationship was with your father but if you miss him he must’ve been a good person and he might just be up there looking down. I’d like to think that people don’t really get buried in a hole in the ground and that’s the end, maybe spirits live on somehow. Maybe this helps, maybe it doesn’t but you’ll be fine, obviously you have family that care about you.
