Honeysuckle Mead -Easy Semi Sweet Mead without Pasteurizing or Stabilizing

We've been told to add honeysuckle to a mead, well, asked, I should say! We hadn't found any fresh, so we decided to try some dried honeysuckle and voila! Honesuckle mead. The process is pretty simple, and we used step feeding to avoid any need for pasteurizing or stabilizing.
Ingredients:
1/2 oz (15 grams) Dried Honeysuckle: amzn.to/4eFo3OW
2 1/2 lbs Wildflower Honey
Water
1/2 packet Mangrove Jack's M05 Yeast: amzn.to/4f16wAE
1/2 teaspoon Fermaid O: amzn.to/4eEEsD9
1/2 teaspoon Acid Blend: amzn.to/3BQ3ZL2
Additions:
1/2 lb Honey
