Hello, How do you add a user? I keep getting an error when launching the station. (an error occureed while creating the menus and toolbars and does not open the user interface)

Hello @Abigailrev, first tell me which version EBI do you use? If you use EBI R610 then you can not add user directly. You should first add windows user on your operating windows. Then you can add EBI user.
