This is the most versatile pose by far. You can do literally whatever you want with it. Blow ups, spins, handstand converts or even just a simple freeze.

Hong10: While doing this freeze, you can also spin if you want Average Person: OK I'll try that "Pulls neck muscle then dislocates shoulder bone" Average Person: Yea it wasn't as easy as you said LOL

That's Hong10...the freeze is called Hong10 freeze. So yes, Hong10 (the guy in the video) did pioneer it.
@kimhalim15 жыл бұрын
Yeah it would help a lot. Headstands are easy to do, it should only take you a couple days to learn how to do one.

This freeze is actually pretty hard to do! I think one of the most important things in this freeze is to keep your neck extended and to lean on the top/back of your head instead of putting your whole neck on the ground. Hong 10 does it just perfectly X_X

Like I said to the fellow 2 comments below you: HIS LEGS GO TO THE LEFT Do people these days really not understand that a person facing them will have opposite sides? face away from the computer screen, so that the computer is directly behind you. and then put your left hand up --- then put something under your left arm and then turn around. Then presto, it will magically be on your right side. Scary I know.
