If it's the awkwardness of dancing, even alone as quietly as possible lol, I get it. If you watch some clips of no music overlay dancing, they make sounds with their feet. There is no perfect solution. But I just jig often. You know how some people will just dance a bit whenever there's like nothing going on at work or their cooking in the kitchen waiting for the meal, etc? To get the blood flowing again/have fun? Do the v-step, it's a "crip walk" move I think but once you start there you can introduce some light shuffling, very small hops to not have the bobbing head, and flow into other styles mixed with what you know. By then you might feel comfortable dance practicing alone. Improving more and more.
