For everyone asking, again we booked po directly sa hotel. Sa website nila nandun yung promo when we booked but due to glitches we had to email them. We first emailed [e-mail] then nagreply sila via [e-mail]. Siguro you can just email them both. I forgot na po how early kami nag book pero parang more than a month ahead.

Hello, yes it's free po. We just emailed them after booking then to our surprise it's free. I'm just not sure if for all kind of packages, so best to ask them. Also reiterate to them to ensure that their contact people at the airport are aware. We had a little delay kasi hindi aware yung mga tao nila sa airport. Sinisingil kami ng extra. Good thing we bought a local sim so we called the hotel and they were able to fix it naman.

Hi po. We’re travelling this July to HK also. In our case po, kasama po niece ko 12yo then her mom (single mom) ay nasa US po. Kami po kasama nia with my mama (which is her lola and we have the same last name ng niece ko po) need po talaga mag dala ng birth certificate? In your case po, ano po tinanong sa anak nyo po? If mag ask ang IO if sino kasama, ok lang po sabihin na “with family lang”? Or need i.elaborate? Pls notice me po. I’m a bit anxious now kasi malapit na travel namin, then magfafile palang kami ng travel clearance for assurance on june 27 😔😔😔

Try niyo po kumuha ng DSWD Clearance. Based on my experience po, nangyari lang to saakin this month pero South Korea naman po kami pupunta. Hinarang po ako sa Immigration dahil minor daw (17 y old) at hindi kasama ang parents na mag travel abroad. Wala rin po akong DSWD Clearance. Kasama ko mag travel ay sister ng mom ko. Sabi sakin ng IO na hindi daw makakasama dahil walang DSWD Clearance at required daw talaga iyon kapag hindi mismo ang parents ng minor ang kasama niyang mag travel

Hello, re po sa concern abt birth cert for us it's best to always bring birth cert. Pero I'm not sure po how powerful the birth cert is in your case. Re naman sa questions sa kids, hindi na po nila tinanong kids namin. Mas maluwag po kasi talaga pag family based on our experience.

Hello, in our case po nahirapan kami kasi debit card yung ginamit namin. Nagka miss com po sa receptionist siguro dahil hirap po talaga sa English. Dapat po pala credit card or cash lang. Pag ganun po kaya same day ng alis mababalik siya.

For the record, paulit ulit na sinagot yung tanong sa comments. Maghahanap ka na lang entitled na nilalang. Nasa vlog din mismo kung ano yung hotel. Gawa ka po sarili mong video. Tapos lagay mo na lahat ng details sa description para hindi na nila panoorin yung video. Ikaw na rin mag book tutal mukhang okay ka lang na maging reservation officer nung hotel.
