Hong Kong Buses 2017 - Citybus Part 2

Filmed in numerous locations around Hong Kong Island, this is the second of two videos showcasing the services of Citybus. Covers routes 70 to 789, minus the cross harbour tunnel services which feature in another film of mine. As well as the latest 2017 deliveries, you will see 2700, the unique 10.6 metre single door Duple Metsec-bodied Dennis Trident (withdrawn on 27th April 2017), and 2800, the unique Scania K94UD demonstrator. There is a section on the non-franchised fleet, focussing on route 88R, and also some training vehicles out and about. There is a short ride on the upper deck of an Enviro400 along the scenic coast road from Repulse Bay to Deep Water Bay, and the video finishes with a fascinating ride around the Aberdeen area on 9039, one of the last remaining Alexander-bodied 11-metre Volvo Olympians in service with its original owner anywhere in the World.
