Welcome to Hong Kong. You should have lots of fun during Chinese New Year period in Hong Kong. But noted that it might be lots of shop or restaurant closed on 10/2-12/2. But after that all will get back to normal but still have Chinese New Year ambient until 2/24. Enjoy it.
