Thanks for this video (and also the other apartment hunting one!). I'm planning to move to Hong Kong so have some questions if you don't mind: How did you start the search process? Was it through an agent (or multiple agents)? Since you've seen so many (and at so many locations!), how long did it take for you to come to a decision? Was there any pressure from the seller to close a deal quickly? Is there anything you don't like about your new place? Thank you!

Hey! We’ve started with websites such as Squarefoot and Spacious and chose a few places that match our requirements. Agents represent almost all flats on those resources, so when you call/message a contact on the listing, you’ll connect to an agent in that specific area. They might ask about your requirements and also suggest available units. It could be different agents in different neighborhoods, so in my opinion, as many contacts as better :) Decision making is the hardest part, of course, as you need to act quickly. Some flats go the same day you view them, so make sure that you’re ready to decide right away if you feel like the place is right for you. But I guess it’s the same anywhere else! And yes, some agents are acting a bit pushy, and some of them sell hard to close the deal asap. Don’t get provoked, just listen to yourself :) We are happy with the current place, it’s amazing.
