That is unfortunate. 😒 There is no such requirement about age limit travel. You should have been able to travel to Hong Kong on your PAR. Did Indigo show you any official requirement stating age limit?

At Hongkong immigration they might ask you for your return flight ticket. So you should have either a flight coming back to India or any onward Flight ticket from HongKong.

No, in HongKong PAR, you should only enter countries that you're actually visited in the past!

Yes, you will have to apply for HongKong PAR if you intend to step out. For hotel, you would have to fill the hotel details where you would be staying in Hongkong!

Yes, you will have to share details of your accomodation in Hongkong. Try to get your name added in the booking. Usually you could edit your hotel bookings and add guest names.

At Hong Kong immigration, they just looked at our PAR (Pre Arrival Registration form) & passport to match details! No questions asked! Though, we had flight & hotel bookings handy in case they asked!

Yes PAR is still required for Indians to travel to HongKong. Once you've got PAR, you need to carry PAR printout, hotel & flight bookings copy.

Na, evisa nae chahiye. For Indians just PAR chahiye. PAR fill karne pe aapko PAR approval ka PDF aaya hoga, uska printout carry karna hai.
