I wandered past that store by accident a couple of months ago and couldn't believe your photo was there. Shame I had to leave China, otherwise I'd have joined. Have a great time :)

Wow looks like so much fun! Did you guys have to hike down? Love to try this but feel like my quads would be toast. My quads blew out racing CIM last year and the rollers there are nothing compared to stuff like this!

Hi sage really love the content and I'm a subscriber. I've sometimes heard you talk about running genetics and natural talent. I'm 17 years old and have been running since January of this year where my 5K PB was around 28 minutes. I'm now running a 18:40 5K and and have run a sub 1 hour 10 minute 10 mile run and this is on roughly 30 miles a week. Does this mean I have decent talent and how much could my 5K PB rise to by running say 50 miles per week?

You should watch Hunter x hunter I think you would like it. They do a 100+ mile run in the beginning.
