Some parts come naturally. I would have zero kick (130hmer) and now it's looking half decent just from more mileage (sub 3 marathon shape)

Have you thought about doing transgrancanaria one day? i was pumped when you were in the startup but you cancelled on health problems. Would like you to join some races in europe just to meet and especially on transgrancaria because its my favourite race, if you do it would love some heads up!

Hi Sage, big fan and user of your plans. Big help would be how to adjust the plan for older runners, based on what feedback (ex. if can't hit paces of wk4, or even based on race perf, since i have used some plans 2,3 races in a row). Thanks!

Today is my 1 year anniversary of surviving 6 DVTs and a pulmonary embolism. Thank you so much for the advice you gave me about running while still on blood thinners. All clots have resolved and back to normal. Scary at the time but your advice while going through it really helped. Enjoy your racing season.

How many running hours do you think you average a week during a training block? At this stage in your running journey what's the most do you think your body would support? Good luck in Cleveland!
@Vo2maxProductions2 күн бұрын
It's all on Strava....I don't even know (depends on vert gain and trail conditions really). A big week for me is over 14-15 hours.....for road running and shorter races it's more like 10-13 hours I'd say. In 100-mile mountain training and I can hit over 18 hours probably (bigi vert, big mileage and high altitude).
