Voodoo, Vudú, Vodou, or Voudun. Those are African Diasporic Religions, particularly of West African origin. Along with that, there are syncratic religions too like Santería, Candomblé, Umbanda, and Shango. This is not voodoo or any of the sort. This is Hong Kong. Folk religion sounds more fitting in general. If there's a more proper term to describe this practice, it's probably found and translated from Cantonese.
