Hi Lydia, I just found your channel. I want to say hi from a Hongkonger who is now hosting a bnb in Osaka.

Hi! So good to meet you.

Lovely! Probably the first video by local (kind of :-)) from Hong Kong I've ever seen. As for Asia, I've only been to Japan, though for several times and nearly 3 weeks at a time. I loved visiting Japan and think that Hong Kong, South Korea and Taiwan would be really cool and inspiring destinations as well :-)

Lucky! Japan would be fun to bring the kids. It has been a while since our last visit.

@@lydiapatelll Unfortunately, Asia is soooo inaccessible for us with small kids and big horses :-). We struggle to visit destinations just few hours away, like Vienna or Prague :-). It is inspiring to see you managing such demanding trip with your family. And kids seem to enjoy it too! 👍

Great vlogs, I watched all 3, did you find you stayed long enough or too long? I'm from Toronto and been several times, have some family in HK... But dont really like too much city and concrete, more used to driving, greenery and burbs life.. but my wife loves it there... Noticed from your vlog, seems like a few new parks and outdoor... Debating if 3 weeks is long enough with 2 kids

So sorry some of the messages got out of order and didn't get back to you. 3 weeks is sufficient, more would be ideal :-) the outdoor spaces were closed during Covid but now they're fully open and there are so many options!

@@lydiapatelll awesome, what your favorite outdoor spaces with the kids this past Dec 2023? Thinking going back in Jan
@lydiapatelll9 ай бұрын
@@GeeVideos the peak loop trail and the seaside promenade outside k11 are both great for unstructured outdoor space. Playgrounds wise, favorite was the one outside police museum.. but that one is harder to get to.
@GeeVideos9 ай бұрын
@@lydiapatelll oh the police museum with coffee shops? I see influencer posting from there all the time. So hard doing the fun hipster stuff with kids lol... How is the walk from Wan Chai pier to central, looks like they developed that area with parks/playgrounds

Hi Lydia! What kind of things would you have done differently for Disneyland? Would love to hear your thoughts! We're heading to HK Disneyland on May 14!

Hi Carmen! I would’ve checked weather (lol), brought more snacks, and set up photo times with characters early in the morning. I hope you have a great trip to HK!! ❤️

But in HK from March 1st no need to wear your own mask right now. Because from March 1st is the world last no longer mask mandate. That's why after March 1st no need to wear your own mask can enter to HK.
