Truth. When I started doing the Dynamic Tension in GM Chris Chan lineage...my whole life changed. Could finally be "Heavy" but stay "Light". Way more useful and long lasting than lifting weights.

good stuff Alan. It's a shame you weren't able to do some training with Sergio and Nima this trip, but plenty of time in the future. Anyway, thanks for sharing this

12:22 That’s some real snap JOHN KAUFMAN has in his elbow .🙏☮️💥🤛💯I always find these amazing. Energy studies. Ya, I see what you mean. Sometimes SIFU we want FUNG HAO GUA CHOY BUI BUI LOP LOP 18 HANDS and COLLECTION DRILLS and two elbow in attacks. Energy is fun and probably helps a lot. Sometimes just letting go. Or allowing stuff. The whole USING FORCE against him thing. 😉㊙️💯🤛💥

Perhaps you would have gotten something from Ho Kam Ming's people? He did have a very special relationship with Ip Man

@@alanorrwingchunacademy1302 what’s your opinion on Rick Spain’s red boat gym in Sydney mate ? I’ve only recently started studying Chinese MA’s I have a boxing background and a street fighting background Australia is very much like the UK and it is very easy to get into street fights/ brawls with the drinking culture here I’m 34 and I have had anywhere between 30-50 street fights going back since I was a teenager. Recently I have been training in Burmese ( Arakan ) MA / dirty boxing and wing Chun. I’ve booked in for Choy Lee Fut next week in China town.
