You have to pull the S rank Seele for this Seele, the A rank Seele will stay A rank, hope this helps :)

@@crystalcastle5910 no, a rank seele can go SSS, but will not obtain the same skill set as this one. She is named "swallowtail phantasm" and this one is named "stygian nymph". This one is s rank by the time you get her
