I disagree. Otto was a TERRIBLE villain. He was always 100% wrong about EVERYTHING and you could never call him out on his shit or bring up his horrible evil because he was the writer's NPC. Everything Otto had to say was more nonsense piled on top of nonsense to create a bs blackhole. Otto should have been killed off years ago. Not that the writers could figure out what to replace Otto with as APHO 1/2 don't work, Kevin doesn't work, HoD didn't work. I feel like the writing in general doesn't work. It feels like feet dragging, like when you had to write an 8 page essay but only had enough material for 2 pages.
