@tarabletv As far as I'm aware it's certain he will appear again in Penacony!! Now if he'll be a 5 star is unknown but I'm hoping they'll do it in later patches (I also wish he would be a dps since I'm tired of only using him with a Kafka team)

@@BostonCreme honestly, that sounds exactly like what they would do. It’s confined that Hoyo has said that the plan on adding more paths, but it’s unknown when. So if and hopefully when Eleation becomes a path, 5 star Sampo is the first character released for it. Honestly, makes me very excited!

One possible reason for Elysia to appear with March is the fan theory that March is an expy, at least partially, of Elysia: Both do Ice DMG and use bows, they have similar colour schemes, and both are obsessed with cute things, particularly cute girls. The other parts are Carole Peppers's outfit and Kiana's empty-headed brain. There's also the theory that March is either a reincarnation of Ellie, or her descendent in _HSR_ .
