I SWEAR I LOVE THIS PART ABOUT HYV GAMES see I was so so hyped about Yunjin from Genshin because omg real chinese theatre actor??? AND HER SONG IS THE PERFECT MIX BETWEEN TRADITIONAL AND MODERN MUSIC??? and this concert oh my gosh the performers were so damn cool and it was SO AND AND the Genshin lunar event of this year THEY GOT THE WUSHOU DANCE??? I SCREAMED WHEN THE TRAILER DROPPED AND AND AND everything abotu Xianzhou is so cool as a presentation like I know that reincarnation is an important belief in China (I read novels/watched donghuas) and this theme was so nicely done imo??? I wish I knew what some of these dances/performances were called so I can investigate further! What were the singers from phantylia’s section? What were the swords? What was the flowy dancing called?

@@KT-lt4fy the flowy dancing uses "water sleeves" to create that flowy movement! i believe it's just called the "water sleeve dance". from phantylia's section, i'm not too entirely sure but that comes from a certain ethnic minority in china- it's definitely a mountain ethnic group but I'm not sure if it's from tibet or from yunnan, i'll have to look into that and for the swords, they're really just?? chinese swords?? i'm not expert enough to know the super niche details but the performers are definitely trained in wushu

@@ytaiku Basically, the Eng VAs for HSR did a cover for the song Interstellar Journey on Nicolas Leung's channel. Then, the VAs were reacting to it on Molly's stream. Though she ended up having to cough around the middle of the song. Instead of trying to mute her own audio, she accidentally muted the song itself. Everyone essentially heard her cough when that wasn't supposed to happen, so people just meme about it ever since.

Just like the Blade segment seems to be reenacting his trailer, showcasing how Blade is surrounded by Dan Heng's illusions around him equipped with (green laser) spears, then said illusions stabbing him (where they flash a red laser to Blade at where the stab wound is supposed to be), then later as the build up for the beatdrop, Blade defeats those illusions before the lightshow

As someone who has a degree in stage/entertainment technology I couldnt help but look at every single detail. They didnt hold back whatsoever XD. When it comes to Samudrartha, people tend to use a program called Resolume to program animation effects to be time coded so it works in synch with the music. I wouldnt be shocked if they did the same for the 3D models. As for dancing with a sword, thats being trained so much that its an extention of your body and senses XD (I train in Aikido so I got experience there too lol)

I don't think ppl even play hi3, they only watch a bit of the cinematic and acts like they do.
