Saved 94k Stellar Jade and 104 Special Pass since launch. Had Express Pass and Nameless Glory (one Nameless Medal) since day 1. I've also claimed every Prime Gaming bundle and Twitch Drop so far and have participated in every web event, including the Twitch livestreaming event. I did not buy a single Oneiric Pouch (proof: 4:26). Prior to this video, I've pulled on Departure Warp and Stellar Warp using only the regular Passes.

Does it matters though. If you buy oneric pouch but didn't participate in the twitch streaming event, technically you still get the same amount as those who did the streaming event.

Unless you're loaded why bother going gor e6 if it means you're not getting other characters..each to their own but the game isn't that fun to begin with and limiting who you can play with just axes playtime even more. A character being slightly better at clearing content 20seconds faster is never worth what it costs

I just wanna say, I also saved since the start of the game for Jingliu as an F2P. You totally beat me here, since I only managed to save about 70+ passes and 55k gems (total 440 pulls) xD Needless to say, I won every 50/50 and my Jingliu is E4S1 (I just wanna get all eidolons before LC). I’m just too tired of Genshin, my C6 yelan just obliterates the crap outta enemies within seconds, and this time the spiral abyss’s featuring those hydro elemental mobs, which are basically immune to hydro. Long story short, it doesn’t matter whether the game is PVE or not, open world or not, if it’s Gacha, and you like the game/character then spending within a limit doesn’t hurt.

Still from a practical standpoint, even the biggest whales don't recommend leveling it. You really don't have an instance where you intentionally use a basic attack instead of skill. Her gameplay revolves around her skill and talent. Still, as a Genshin player who used all crowns and triple-crowned a lot of characters, I can understand the desire to max everything out. As for me, I just triple-crown characters I love if it has damage contribution or important utility and I use those character time to time. But in Jingliu's case, there's really no incentive to level up your basic attack.
