i wouldn't recommend it, because the only one he's damaging with his skill is himself Longevous Disciple remains his best set, though running it as a 2 pc with another 2 pc set is worth considering nowadays, since it's really easy to overcap crit with his signature LC plus Sunday

No, he can't because Blade uses basic attacks, not skills so the set bonus is useless on him. Only the ult DMG would matter.
