Probably the best Rock and Roll song ever written . The stones rock

Only Warren can take song's such as this one and do them justice plus add a different dimension to them that Kicks Ass!!!! Go Uncle Warren. Grace Potter, well what's to say Lady has got it all. :-) Great show every time.

He is studying scales with his eyes. Ron Holloway is a fine player, and a fine player knows his scales and where they come from.

I may be wrong but this almost sounds like a cross between Rolling Stones at the Altamont Festival in the late 60s and Elton John's rendition of this song on his 11-16-70 album! Still all good versions! Love this one and it keeps this song alive! JMO

fpopee - You're absolutely right about Grace Potter/Chi Coltrane (of whom I knew nothing about until your post). The similarities stand out even more on CC's "I Won't Dance 1973" video. Almost erie. Like watching Gracie herself! (Or, vice versa)! At the very end of the vid, CC even does this 'strangled scream' that GP has down to a "T". All-in-all, I'ld say Gracie took CC's style and idiosyncrasies, and ran with it, to her credit. Although, it's sad CC's career petered out. She was beautiful, great singer and piano player, great lyricist, great performer. CC moved to Europe for a few years, and that can tank a U.S. career quick, but she was wildly popular there until she came home. Look her up on Wiki.
