"Tush" Grace Potter & the Nocturnals w/Warren Haynes NOLA HOB

This was the final encore of GPN's 2nd show at the House of Blues in New Orleans during Jazz Fest 2012. Being on the far left of the stage, and so jazzed about Warren Haynes sitting in on this, I didn't realize it was Saints coach Sean Payton on the keys till it was over.
* For those asking about the beginning - yes, it was part of Sabotage, as a tribute to Adam Yauch (MCA) who had died just the day before.

Yeah, no....you're wrong. I was at this show...and many other of GPN's shows (with more clothes)...it was hot as hell in there. Ever been to Jazzfest in NOLA?? It's HOT...but what's more is that she WORKS every.single.show. 200%. And it's a good time. Who cares what she's wearing. Her voice and raw musical talent is where it's at. She's sexy and she knows it. So?? She's more talented than she is sexy. Seriously, go see them anytime anywhere and you won't find a more energetic performance.

I love what Warren does with live collaborations. It seems like everywhere the Mule goes, there is a notable star playing at another nearby venue who stops by to guest in their set, or Warren goes and does it at somebody else's show. It is such a huge and exciting bonus treat for concert-goers.

Excellent performance of "Tush" (among many other songs she does)! I love how she can be so damned sexy without being trashy or using it as a gimmick. Her talent still shines through & dominates the whole performance while meshing completely with other fantastic guests & pairings - in this case with the great Warren Haynes. Her joy just rolls off of her and infects the band & the whole audience!! The world needs more of Grace Potter, front & center 💖👍

I'm an incredibly fortunate man in that my wife of nearly 30 years is still an absolutely jaw-dropping gorgeous 52 year old who frankly still looks hotter than a lot of 35 year old's. there is a good lesson in this show and that is if your tone doesn't sound perfect to you on stage it doesn't really matter unless you quit playing to adjust it a bunch of times , that takes away from the performance not the tone , i'm not picking on warren great player i've seen many guitarist including hendrix do it .
