It's a great device with a really fluid, fast UI from my testing. The camera though is nowhere near as good as DXO led people to believe and not a patch on the Xiaomi 14 Ultra i have also.

@@declanmckenna5111 for some yea. Fortunately mine has been perfect in all weathers/temperatures. I'm thinking the moisture has been trapped while some devices have been manufactured rather than the devices having a design flaw causing this else they'd all do it.

I had the Magic 5 Pro and upgraded to the 6 Pro. Definitely not worth it in my opinion. In most situations, the camera images are the same or worse. I haven't came across any that are noticeably better and I used them side by side for a few days. Honor have also restricted certain parts of the OS, for example third party launchers do not have access rights to gestures now. They did on the 5 Pro. Speakers are no louder either. Benchmarks maybe show the 6Pro as faster but in normal use, 3:36 I can't see this. Images from the zoom lens are worse as well. Finally, the battery in real world lasts no longer either. I tried to sell my 6 Pro a week after I got it and got silly offers so I was set to lose a lot. I decided to sell the 5 Pro which turned out to be easier to do! All in all, I would recommend not upgrading.

I would say it's good upgrades from Magic 5 Pro. But of coz if u have Magic 5 Pro already it's not necessary to change 😊

I doubt so with their after sales support tbh oneplus 12 ip 65 only glass protection not as good as m6p peak brightness on 4500 nits... smaller battery more expensive 1 year warranty only no screen protection (Magic 6 pro has 1 year free replacement)

Actually the honor is number 1 on dxo mark. Also, the versus channel compared it to the Vivo X100 Pro and Xiaomi 14 Ultra. The Honor won the main lens category, all night shots, portrait and selfie. The Xiaomi 14 Ultra came last.

Coming from S23 Ultra, Honor Magic 6 Pro has some advantages but also a lot of disadvantages... Advantages: - good display that's not getting your eyes tired; - amazing battery life( with s23 ultra I couldn't pass the 5h SOT, while with Honor I have easily 8h); - good amount of customizable things; easy to use interface(100% copy from Huawei); and now the bad parts: - camera quality it's really bad compared to s23 ultra( I could zoom and no quality degradation happened due to 10x optical zoom--> you can;t beat optics and fool with sht AI); - video quality it's really worse due to EIS instead of OIS , here scamsung was the king; - fingerprint sensor it's placed in the down part of the screen and it's really hard to unlock it; - face unlock sometimes works sometimes not, it has the advantage that's working even in the dark, for the scamsung it was needed a really bright screen to achieve this; - really slow software support, just image that honor magic 5 pro didn't even get yet a14... - really slow HW replacement if you have warranty issues(at least in my country - Romania) I hope that Magic 7 pro will bring a at least 5x telephoto, better software support, and improved aftersales support.

Nowadays, it's just a preference. Honor's planted their feet on portrait photography, where S23 on higher distance (x10) as you wouldn't make a portrait shoot at x10 at most scenarios.

I bought it a week ago for 1,000 euros and I 100% disagree about bad parts: fingerprint, face unlock (both are awesome). Besides that you "predict" slow software support and HW replacement - that I would call pathetic trolling. Video quality and camera quality are outstanding - maybe the best part of this phone.
