Very nice in-depth video! Just one question, how would you rate the Vibration Motor / Haptics while typing in comparison with the OnePlus 13 and Samsung Flagship devices? I have a magic 6 pro which I got for a change from having an s23 ultra before. I'm not a fan of this design. I think the 6 pro had a unique design language that you know what it is if you know tech. This one could be a vivo or a Xiaomi or a Huawei or any other chinese phone. Its pretty underwhelming. Think I'll keep the 6 and see what next year brings

Magic 6 Pro use different lens for different distances of zoom length which mean it jump from one lens to the other when zooming in. The 'jumping' is so obvious and it is so uncomfortable to watch the video later. Is 7 Pro the same?

What are all these zoom features for the cameras for at the end of the day? It feels like such a gimmick. I'm looking for a phone that will mimic the dslr shooting experience and control the user can have. Often, the desired effect is not HDR, maximum clarity and exposure and blown out brightness at night. All these improvements can be quite detrimental in some ways.

I wish you would have drained it to 0% and then back up to 100% at that 100w charging speed. I know the oppo can charge itself up in just 48minutes to 100% with 80w charging. I would have been really interested in that experience

I feel like this phone launched in china too early. It feels like it still needed some time for optimisation. Already the camera update fixed quite a bit of issues. By the time it's going global it will probably be significantly better. Exciting devices from china this year. Samsung will need to be cautious.

To be honest i tried many user interfaces including iOS and stock Android on almost all Pixel generations, i found that the smoothest with the most useful features is EMUI/Harmony OS/Magic UI.

No Chinese phones support eSIM, so not on import. But the global Honor Magic V3 supports eSIM so I'm guessing when the 7 Pro launches outside China it will. We will have to wait until the global launch in 2025 to be sure.

I don't anticipate it'll be anywhere near as available as the Honor Magic 7 Pro. It'll be on import, but the last couple of generations of Vivo didn't launch in the UK. It should be available in other parts of Europe though, so the import will still have Android Auto support etc.
