I understand your difficulties, you can't go for the objective because need to cover your teammates. And yeah musashi can carry early to mid game, but you really need the damage dealer from mid to late game.

how to ping to attack or retreat immediately w/out dragging it to minimap? just tap it? Also, how to ping if your ult is still on CD?

no. Its their fault, He keeps on forcing a 1v4 fight several times. His teammates feeding enemies too much. in the last minute, his teammates had no patience and force a team fight ending 3 of them died.
