They say dream is the gateway to the inner self (the unconscious, the collective unconscious, the repressed). I was raised as a Catholic. But when I had a breakdown, it was not Christ or a Catholic figure who was the healer in my dream. It was a female folk therapist, a Babaylan. Also, in the Philippines, we have strong devotion to the Mother Mary, that sometimes we venerate her more than Christ (just my observation).

Hi i was just passing by. .. Am half fil and half japanese...in my opinion we should respect every religion... I myself is a former catholic. right now i am a wiccan practitioner... We should not impose such negative qoutations to ANY religion...catholic had been part of the filipino culture but who are we to spoke arrogantly towards it.??
