Narrated Salman-Al-Farsi: The Prophet (p.b.u.h) said, "Whoever takes a bath on Friday, purifies himself as much as he can, then uses his (hair) oil or perfumes himself with the scent of his house, then proceeds (for the Jumua prayer) and does not separate two persons sitting together (in the mosque), then prays as much as (Allah has) written for him and then remains silent while the Imam is delivering the Khutba, his sins in-between the present and the last Friday would be forgiven."

As Salaamu Aleikum. Yes, you can. Try to also watch the shorts series of Omar Souleyman Yaqueen about what one can do for his or her deceased parent or relative. Jazarkallah khayran.

If your parents missed fasting due to illness and didn't have enough time on earth to make up for them, then you don't have to make them up on their behalf. However, if they had enough time on earth after the illness to make up for the missed fasts but didn't, then you may make them up on their behalf.

Father was blackmailed to financially support his parents 7 siblings and extended families He passed away leaving so debt Leaving his offspring breaking ties fighting arguing constantly His sons who witnessed his last breath washed shrouded and put him into the ground have no inclination of make duaa for him too busy with cultural spoilt rotten behaviour. It’s sad even with the loss of a parent children don’t care or realise death will one day find them too
