What a big loss. I remember when I first moved to Atlanta. I had just turned 22. I was scared I was nervous. It was the first time I moved from Charlotte to Atlanta. I went to the laundromat to wash my clothes, and this man told me it will be OK you will make it, I was very afraid because it was the first time I left home now I was an entertainer. Also, I want to soul train TV show and I think Charlie Brown saw something in me. He told me he was a female impersonator, but at that time I did not even know what that was I knew I was gay, but I always dance with a girl mostly at straight clubs. Charlie Brown gave me some advice that I’ll never forget he said, don’t give a, you will do good. I will always remember the conversation we had. I will greatly missed his presence.
