I truly had to pause, take a minute to reflect and write down the quotes from Latrice and her mama. I will carry those affirmations with me everywhere I go now. ❤

Latrice made me feel comfortable as a fem gay man to be me, it took me 37 years to completely come out and be okay with facing people as a gay man both the negative and the positive. I watched Latrice from the first season she was on, and I took on her motto of Chunky but Funky , but I at that time still deprived myself because my friends knew I was gay, but my own mama didn't. Then she did All stars, and I got more preaching from her, and I still though was not ready to unveil. Then I actually saw her live, and that night while I was at her show in Missouri, I posted on instagram the very first post letting my mama and everyone else know I was gay, and not only gay but that I was no longer gonna dim myself for others approval. From that night I wear nail polish , I opened my color wheel on fashion, I no longer mask the way I act in public. I am geniune me. That is all thanks to Latrice, and I would one day like to see her again , and thank her for the strength needed as a larger, fem, gay man to finally find myself.

Im glad they made a cast change, Latriece is by far the most dearly beloved drag race alumni and Sasha brings such a philosophical and intellectual perspective on queer culture. I think they needed a refresh with queens who bring positivity to the forefront.

No matter how much makeup, how much eye shadow, how much lipstick and how many dresses they wear, they'll never be a woman. Tamron Hall told the one who calls himself, Latrice that his book will be in every library, weather people like it or not. I bet a million dollars, she would never allow her boy to read it. Also, Latrice talked about a pastor telling him, God doesn't love him. I will never believe any pastor told him that. He probably said, God loves you but hates your sin, because God is love. She's crying over that lie, come on you can't believe that. 😊
@tracyaskew16518 ай бұрын
You're confused. Drag Queens don't want to be women. This is what they do for a living and come home and take it all off. Sweetie, you are confusing Drag Queens with Trans. Maybe, educate yourself BEFORE spewing ignorance and hate. Oh, and as far as the Pastor saying what she said, yes, they would say something like that. I went to a Private Catholic school and those men and women "of GOD" were horrible.
@blaque8438 ай бұрын

Queer people exist in “muslim” countries, not that being a muslim has any relation to any sort of middle eastern government or culture.
