Her s3 is busted already so her revive should be removed. 30s revive can break the game. The reason the revive armor can only used 2 times is because of that reason and here we have hero with 30s revive

I think a better example is sinestrea from AOV, she needs to gather 7 stacks in order to revive herself. The stack itself is obtained when killing the opponent's hero, so the revive mechanic is not always obtainable
