Totally agree with your statement on XG lip-syncing. If anyone has seen any of XG's live vocals, we all know that they have crazy good vocals. No need for them to prove that every time they're on stage. I think the reason that they lip sync is to have more focus on the choreo performance, cuz you know how hard they work on stage while performing and they want everyone to see that. Anyways, great reaction as always Ray! Keep the XG content coming, I absolutely love it!

@@livco15 True! I think people believe that they're hearing XG lip synching when what they're actually hearing is the backing tracks along with their live vocals. Makes me excited cuz I'm gonna go see them live in October when they come here to the US!

From what I can tell, they do actually sing/rap into a live mic, but also there is a backing track with their vocals playing... just in case... which kinda sucks but also is not full Milli Vanilli, Ashley Simpson...

@@Spidershoes yes I know they do that on some tracks but not every performance. Mostly I heard on rap parts when they sometimes loose breath,and just in case there is the track with lower volume. The vocal performances I never heard of playback

100% agree on the lip sync situation, although for their live performances the mics are definitely on. They just have a backtrack but you can hear the difference. On the live "Woke Up" performances Maya tha Don proves this.

I know it happens, especially with artists that dance. I've heard them sing into live mics. I have no doubts about what they can do. It's like mfs want you to hold a note while you're doing a cartwheel. 😂😂 Nice reaction ✌🏾

Nah Ray ... Their mics are always live, but most people watch the version from the network and not a fancam from the audience. It's different. The network pumps the backing track for the broadcast, but the live studio audience gets the real performance over the backing track.

I'm pretty sure they don't lip sync every live performance. It's fairly common on the TV music programs to lip sync, but I've seen other live footage where the sound is different from the release version and they're occasionally going off key - and you can hear them breathing between lyrics.

It is very common in the Kpop world for groups to lipsync when they go on a TV show. The rhythm of going from program to program makes it impossible for them to always be at 100%. It's not only a matter of how much they charge for each appearance on these programs. It will never be as much as what they make on their own show or tour. The problem with Kpop is that the fandom is very toxic (even their fans criticize their group for any triviality). And when others criticize their group they usually attack another group that stands out more than theirs or have more quality and artistry. It's a pity that it's like this, but that's what Kpop, Jpop, etc. is all about. It's a very murky world.

They did solo's in their concert and yes they really sing - sing when performing. C-Money did a cover of Beyonce and kill the shit out of the song. My experience during their concert they just mix it up with lip sync but only for a few moment and it's understandable.

In many promotional shows I watched, their back tracks too loud so it's kinda hard to hear the live vocals. Their concert is a different experience, though. They sound so, so good LIVE.I went to their concert in Manila and I was really blown away with their vocals, esp. Juria and Chisa's. Coco's rap voice literally gave me chills.
