You are right. I didnt spend enough time in the neighborhoods. Spent most of time in the downtown area and then roll out to Memphis on business. Planning to head back up there early next year to explore more of the state.

The Mayor( SHIRLEY WASHINGTON) and the entire QUORUM COURT NEEDS TO GO. They have contributed to this town becoming one of the worst small towns in the South.

Oh great .....another video about Pine Bluff hoods. An impoverished community where a 1/3 of the population lives at or below the poverty level; the middle class is all but non-existent, educational attainment is extremely low, quality jobs with a living wage is limited, and crime is high. No wonder it is know as the "fastest shrinking city in America."

Looks can be real deceiving, the video don’t do it justice. This is one of the worst and poorest towns in Arkansas. With a population of nearly 50k people the only thing here is a WALMART.Nothing else wants to relocate to Pine Bluff because of the crime and this pathetic black leadership.
