She has the baby and since it's a product of true love, Killian is saved. She goes to visit him but she doesn't think she can go back to him. She chooses to keep what family she has and leave without him. He catches her as she tries to leave town with Henry, and he tries to tell her she's making a mistake. She asks if he even cared about her at all, and he says "Yes." There's a moment before he finally caves and gives up the tough guy act, "You're leaving behind your family." They get back together after the end of the video and raise Henry. I hope that clears it up. :) xx
