Another tip that worked for us: Instead of using pure tobacco, put steam stones on top of it. It will significantly prevent the tobacco from burning and as a nice side effect you get even thicker smoke. It's also nice to mix flavours that way.

One thing I learned from smoking tobacco pipes: Sugar and sugar under the tongue. I usually hit the pipe hard--hookahs, too--so of course I'd get sick sometimes. The older guys would just laugh at me and give me a tablespoon of sugar to put under my tongue. It doesn't quickly cure nicotine sickness, but after 5-10 minutes, I was feeling much better. Not 100%, but well within bearable. Another thing, if you get sick quickly, have a can of coke while you smoke, it really does help.

The eating part is so true. Ive smoked hookah for maybe 4 yrs not heavily but often when I would go out with friends. At one point when i was smoking off a set I got as a gift I started feeling shaky and nauseas so I ended it. It was strange because that was the first time that ever happened to me. Shortly then I realized that I hadnt eaten at all that day. After that I made sure to eat before my next session and it worked. Its good to see this video proves that

Well here are few tips... 1. is that you have to understand that you will get a buzz it's Nicotine rush and lots of people like that buzz. Now if you get a headache that is different. 2. Try to take breaks between pulls 3. Don't smoke it like weed so don't keep it in long just inhale and exhale right away. 4. If you don't like the buzz you can go with Tobacco free Shisha ,Shisha Stones or even Tea Shisha. But yeah keep Hydrated drink something sweet and eat snacks.

I don't believe it would plus you can't wet all hoses some has a metal coil and they rust over time. A smooth draw would be with a more open hose, we use the silicone soft touch hoses a lot.

Well it's not normal but yes new smokers have to take it easy. The problem is the body is not used to nicotine so and it will give you shivers and lightheadedness, basically something like a hangover. So try to take it easy the 1st few times.

Im 14 and very used to hookah (not showing off just telling yall how much im used to shisha so u dont say im not used to it and shit) and this only happened to me once. once i was in a shisha place smoking hookah for like 3-4 hours straight and i was feeling ok but after i got home i felt exhausted AF, i couldnt get off my bed and my whole body felt tired and i had a mild headache, i just took a shower after fighting my tiredness and managed to get of my bed, that was like 2 months ago and never happened to me again

Wow 14 that is really young age, we never recommend smoking at that age but yeah cold shower would help but hydrating yourself is always better, it's mostly the 1st few times your body is not used to the nicotine, after a while, it will be ok.

Well that my friend is Hookah sickness it could have been many things that cause it like if they used round coals, Ventilation, no breaks in between smokes, not hydrated or not eating well before smoking. But it only happens in the beginning after few sessions your body gets use to the Nicotine. But it's all up to you never force your body. Thank you for your feedback !!!

I do have high blood pressure and I smoke my hookah almost everyday I feel fine but I do get hookah sickness

Yeah as long you take little few breaks between smokes, stay hydrated and keep your sugar levels up it shouldn't be a problem at all

You are Totally right, Hookah only has Nicotine and totally free of Tar and Chemicals so the only thing you have to really worry about is the Nicotine sickness 😉

I’m 13 I smoke hookah but I make my owne hookah flavors the flavor I make is nicotine free and Tabaco free this is how I make it I peel of apple skin and chop it up then I put it in a hot pan until it is brown after that I put it in a bowl and add honey then I smash up tic tacs any flavor u want and I put it in the apple peel then u put red food color and that’s it ...it taste awesome and u can inhale it with no lung problems just don’t do it too much

Interesting but I don't recommend for kids to smoke because lungs take until 19 to fully develop sometimes, but thank you for the info
