"Dark Waters" - Emma tries to convince Aladdin to work with Jasmine to help Agrabah, while Regina teams up with Snow and David to free Archie from Zelena. The Evil Queen sows suspicion between Henry and Hook, even as Mr. Gold reminds her of his most important lesson. Meanwhile, in the past, Hook finds himself kidnapped by the mysterious Captain Nemo and held captive inside his legendary submarine, the Nautilus, on "Once Upon a Time," SUNDAY, OCTOBER 30 (8:00-9:00 p.m. EDT), on the ABC Television Network.

I like how most of their fights are results of lying and scheming to protect each other. They really do understand each other. So much so that when they don't, it just seems out of character.

I love this scene between Killian and Emma; it really shows the progression of their relationship throughout the series. If this had happened back in seasons 2 or 3, she would have been MAD. But now she's willing to see the sincerity of his apology and past his mistake. And maybe the real reason why she always got mad at him back then was because she could see herself in his own mistakes, and she didn't want to be reminded of her own disappointments and failures.

That's true. And I also think she was very understanding because she actually did do the same thing, when she turned him into a Dark One even if he prefered to die than become one (and in her case, she was willing to "pay the price" for her magic rather than getting rid of it). So... she understands what was going on on his mind.

didn't emma turn hook into the dark one to keep him alive, by comparison this is not so bad when he could forgive her for that this is nothing. if their relationship breaks over this it was never true love, she might have been upset and disappointed, but that they are beyond such trivial fights, they are soul mates.

the ease in which killian was honest with her in this moment shows so much growth. the both of them were so quick to anger or running away when provoked in the earlier seasons. he told her everything in this moment. every step in his mistakes & he told her why. & emma actually let him finish a sentence, she let him explain. so different from seasons 2/3, even parts of 4.

well, I'm glad that they didn't made Emma get angry at Hook for such a thing aka being an absolute hypocrite! cause until now, especially after season 5A her character has been butchered in unimaginable ways long enough😴😴😴
