Nathan this video is totally great. Our phones are very addictive. I am dealing with that phone addiction right now. Guilty of checking my phone while watching this video as well.. I love the way your videos are structured in easy to follow way and the animation is super simple and enhances the narration. Keep up the great work! The example with the pigeon was shocking because that's what happens to us with our phones.

It's so good that you at least accepted the addiction, I didn't at first. It's been 4 months since you commented on this vid, so this is just a reminder for you to stay on your way to eliminate the addiction . Bye :)

Well I never use any social media app except KZbin and that too for knowledge content Reason for avoiding social media is quick response to things which I don't like.

Hi,Nir thank you for your psychology Skinner's theory.I'm not psychologist luckiely I watch your video. We are not born in that era,now we are in digital era,one way and fast to communicate is to use mobile phone. My nephew can use mobile phone she can access in internet and make a phone call, since she aged four year old.We should educate them to use it correctly.Human is different from the animal, pigeon is controled in cage,he cannot go out to find the food. No way to choose. If you study in field you may remember "Johari's four windows". I think internet is the best way to learn this global, not stick to sigmund freud the father of psychlogy and others, sorry I forgot their name. I think in the near future we can travel in the space. Thanks Nir.

Valuable as ALWAYS I find it particularly useful if we are trying to sell something, for example offering a free-short Webinar Is a low investment that may trigger the desire to be consistent and buy a related product in the near future
