I've been a subscriber for couple years now. I still can't believe how consistent you are with quality healthy and educational contents you've produced. Admittingly i haven't been consistent with myself. All these distractions and influences from media have been piling up and this has to be the perfect lesson for me here. An educator nobody asked, but needs for humanity. Thank you! Will always be grateful!

*TO LUCKY ONE THAT READ THIS* *Stop wasting your time complaining* “People visit a wise man complaining about the same problems over and over again. One day, he decided to tell them a joke and they all roared with laughter. After a few minutes, he told them the same joke and only a few of them smiled. Then he told the same joke for a third time, but no one laughed or smiled anymore. The wise man smiled and said: ‘You can’t laugh at the same joke over and over. So why are you always crying about the same problem?'” Instead of complaining, seek solution. I LOVE YOU.

Great video! The act of focusing on a point is called “traatak” in Sanskrit. It is an ancient yog technique to increase concentration i.e. decrease mind wandering, by stabilising the movement of eyes. Eyes and mind are connected.

Very well composed summary...I very much look forward to new videos...BTW there is a word for concentration on a point....its called as TRATAKA yoga. If you focus on a point its BINDU TRATAKA, , focus on rising sun SURYA TRATAKA, there are several other Trataka. Cosmos will love it if you give reference to ancient Indian yogis who developed these techniques

I admire the effort put into creating this video. However, this book seems like its not going to make a difference. Matter of fact, the tips seem ridiculous. Focus on a point that is 1 inch behind the head? Put all electronics away? Meditate regularly? I know people who naturally stay focused without needing to do all this. These kinds of tips are very hard to sustain because they don't come naturally. Trying to follow them is like learn to walk the tight rope.
