Watching you Jon B is becoming such a daily ritual for my husband of 40 years and I. We are avid fisher people. I started out fishing on pond banks with my mom as a little girl. Had a great dad but really wasn’t into fishing. Then when I met my husband 41 years ago we spent most of our dates in a boat on lake Taneycomo in Branson trout fishing and also bass fishing on Tablerock and Stockton lakes bass fishing and Crappie. River and stream fishing is by far my favorite way to fish. I used to be heavily into pond fishing, but as times go on, I really appreciate the idea of running water and moving currents that are always evolving. They're always so much more challenging, I have such a wide variety of fish in them.

Me and mikey fish there all the time.. it is shallow going toward bridge. Believe it or not, you can go through the bridge. Just keep your trim up.. also use 4 inch grubs with jig hooks, wacky rugs with senkos. Use watermelon when possible..
