They couldn't wish Goku back to life because piccolo got smoked by the androids. Piccolo and Kami (the creator of the dragon balls) were linked meaning if piccolo died, kami died. And since Kami was linked to the dragon balls, when Kami died, the Dragonball became inactive. So in the future everyone got smoked by the Androids and they no longer could use the Dragon Balls to wish people back to life.

I love this game. When I lived in Mexico when I was a kid my mom would take me to this local arcade near our house and idk what they did but they I think had a ps2 in an arcade machine with a bunch ps2 games and I mostly played sagas because I was super into dbz. If you don't spam infinites you can have more fun...but the fact you can and have two players and a collectithon sucks plus if the game didn't glitch out freeze how awkward moving or have that red tint during cut scenes went through the boo saga plus showed a few more canon fights I may have given it a 7.9/10 ...otherwise it's a 3.2.....at best....

To bad gero was a nobody in og db and was apart of the army but not actually with them during the days goku got rid of them he just made their tech and was at home I guess when be found out they were beaten despite dr. frape being the one who made cyborg 8 in canon and presumably the othere before that which malfunctioned and should of been the one to make these new ones ....since they retcon who made the cyborgs to begin with it makes gero seem like an unavoidable asspull villain and how he made cyborgs out of humans stronger than a ssj or freeza without knowing what they were is weird af....why not just say he helped build cyborg 8 in z and that he knew how to because he was frappes assistant or just a random tech inventor for their weapons not the cyborgs...it's dumb af to change lure give him that much credit despite not being named dropped in og db

Technically goku is why the fear and end of the world occurs cause the builder of these cyborgs was an inventor scientist from the debunked red ribbon army that goku wiped out as a kid but we never saw him in og db....they claim goku was too merciful and sloppy letting someone live but if memory serves goku kills almost every human red ribbon member he meets lethal or not and all of them at the base so I don't buy it...the scientist must of escaped before his base assault finished or was never there that day therefore goku never was near him so that's not on him he had idea who he was and it's a retcon cause fans never got to see any hints foreshadowing back then....the story lied cause of t2 coming out making akira want to copy it to milk the series longer... and some blame his trip to the other planet after he escapes namek for almost a year or his ssj transformation for the virus things he chose to do ....
